It’s hard to bring luggage’s to upper levels. There is nothing to help such as a ramp. In 2025 it is no longer acceptable to provide water plastic bottles

I Really love the waitress Lily she was very polite, very at tented, very well spoken, fast service totally very nice girl you have have a waitress like that. But the next day waitress was not that nice at all food came late her name is Jolley not a good waitress

Property was in a great location and had a nice vibe. Downside was the smell of sewage coming from our bathroom waking us up at midnight. They were able to get us moved into a new room but it was not ideal for our families one night in the hotel.

The staff were so nice and accommodating even with it being a busy holiday weekend. The room was clean, beautiful, and the shower was to die for honestly. Having a patio to relax on after a long day of hiking was great. Finally, this is located at the final stop for the Springdale shuttle, that shuttle was such an awesome way around town and the park entrance. leave your car at the hotel and get lost during your stay
