They allowed us to check in early- with no fee. Staff was so kind and quick thinking when we got there. Our toddler stated she needed to use the restroom and the woman at the front desk gave my husband a key to the bathroom ASAP- even before we checked in. Hotel was clean- EVERYWHERE!! Very happy with the complementary breakfast also! Staff was constantly moving to make sure it was fully stocked at all times! We will be back!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights while skiing at Okemo Ski Resort, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular—far beyond our expectations. The lady in charge of breakfast, with short blonde hair, was incredibly kind and attentive. She constantly made sure everything was fully stocked, and before breakfast ended, she kindly announced the closing time and asked guests if they needed to grab anything before it closed. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness at any hotel before. Another thing that really set this place apart was that fruits, tea, coffee, juice, and more were available all day and into the night for guests to help themselves. This is very different from most hotels and made us feel truly welcomed. Every evening, there was a pianist playing in the lobby for hours, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. For the first time in my life, I preferred spending time in the lobby rather than staying in my room. All of the staff were extremely friendly—from the front desk to everyone we encountered during our stay. The pool was much larger than expected, with a deep end of about 10 feet, and it was wonderfully warm. The only area for improvement would be the shampoo containers in the shower. They were very small and not easy to use, although the staff were generous and happy to provide more upon request. Installing larger, refillable wall-mounted container
