Our trip got extended and the desk staff was wonderful to work with. Everyone who we encountered was extremely friendly and super polite. My 16 month daughter loved staying here as well. The pool was comfortable warm to enjoy.

Charged 5 times!

Went to the convenience, store and bought some snacks. At first, we were double charged. Whenever they said they were going to give us a refund the first time they charged us a third time. The next day we called back and talk to someone new who charged us a fourth time. We are now to time five so we’ve paid somewhere in the ballpark of $80 for $16 worth of snacks. I would suggest paying any extras with cash if you’re going to stay here

I made a reservation on line for April 8th. But when I got to the property I was told I didn't have a reservation. I pulled up the conference I had gotten. It was fir April 9. When I was making the reservation I was in the car. So I didn't see that the reservation had changed to April 9th. This was a horrible experience. I'm very disappointed.

We had an issue with other patron(s) smoking marijuana in their room. The horrible stench permeated the entire hallway. I had children with me and my mother who has breathing issues. We called the front desk to complain but nothing was done about it.

Nice suite, but one problem

Our suite was very nice, EXCEPT that the televisions were not functioning properly. Most stations were out. The desk assistant told me that she told her manager about it the night before; yet the TV's were out the entire full day of our stay. This was a disappointment. However, the room was a great value,and very nice. The pool was great and the breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay again, but I'd ask if the TVs were working.

Good stay. Only issue was the AC unit. My son leaned against it and it started rattling. I realized it was held together with duck tape. We never could get it to be quiet, so we turned it off.
