On one side of the hotel was a factory blowing out pollution, and on the other side in a shared parking lot was a gas station with a lot of loitering happening. The staff was unfriendly and one woman was downright rude. There was a vape in the pullout couch bed and the bathroom was dirty.

The stay was not good. I rented 2 rooms for four people. One of the rooms had a party going on next door making it impossible to sleep. Complaints from more than one guest room were ignored. The two in that room ended up sleeping on the floor in the second room. So, I paid more than $150 for a room that couldn’t even be used. I already know you will do nothing about this. I won’t use your service again. The hotel would probably make an adjustment if we had booked directly through them. We are dissatisfied (now former) customers of Expedia.

The facility has very basic; the room was small and felt cramped. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The pool was small but nice and well maintained The area around the property was well maintained and clean.

The property was cleam and in good conditions. The major issue I had is after I checked out and went to the elevator to go to my romm on the 4th floor I find it to not be working. The personal should have told me the elevator was not working. I had to take my luggage up to the 4th floor. I would not had stayed there if I had known.

It was not a great experience. We had a tv that didn’t work in the room and they were aware because they had issues with it before. Could not enter through back entrance. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Condition of curtains were torn. Asked for help from front desk they didn’t know what to do. Overall was a terrible experience and will not be going back to that hotel again. Our friends that recommended this hotel were also staying there and they even said it was run down.
