My stay was great. Only problem my wife booked my trip while I was traveling from Houston, I wasn’t sure what time I would make it in. My reservation was cancelled due to me arriving the next morning past check in. I didn’t receive a call confirming I was arriving early morning they just canceled and it was a bit of an inconvenience especially after driving 12hrs.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good location. Don't expect any amenities (lotion, shampoo, coffee pot) because there aren't any. When we left, the elevator was out of order, but fortunately for us a young man happened by and carried our bags down the stairs.

I booked this hotel because it had a kitchen. But the kitchen had no pots pans or dinnerware at all. It had full size fridge two burners sink cabinets. I didn’t read through reviews so I don’t know if this was made known about being your own kitchen cookware and supplies. Bathroom had two towels two washcloths one soap. That was it. Room 101 had a very foul odor and I didn’t stay. I went to another hotel. I told the staff I couldn’t stay in that room and it was the last room. The staff were friendly and respectful. The manager refunded my payment in this room and that was good.

The location is perfect for travelers, staff was very kind at check-in and the room was clean. The refrigerator did not work at all. I woke up to my water in the freezer still at room temperature. There is no coffee available in rooms or in lobby, which I needed. I honestly will not be using this hotel again. I travel for work now and will need a room every other weekend now and this will not be used or recommended.
