Really the only issue was that we stayed 3 nights and the beds were never made up or the sheets changed. Some of the trash was emptied but not all of it. Whoever cleaned the room didn’t leave me much confidence about cleanliness or sanitary. Other than that, great experience. They need new cleaning staff or better trained ones.

It was the best handicap room we have had yet in our travels. We travel with our nephew who is a full grown man confined to a wheelchair. This hotel has been hands down the best for convenience for him and us. We travel with a full size electrical wheelchair, hoyer lift, and a shower chair, plus luggage. We were impressed. Thank you!

Nice room!

We stayed here for a couples trip. The hotel was nice. Our room was clean and spacious. I loved having a mini kitchen. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was a little small and a bit chilly. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and check in/out went smoothly.

I’m really bummed about this because I’ve always loved home2suits. I’ve stayed well over 15 various locations across the US. This one changed that for me. Started with the room not being ready after the check in time of 4pm. So, we had to find something to go do. After driving 5 hours, we were ready to relax and unwind. After a hour of waiting, we got that opportunity. It failed miserably as that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Sucks paying that kind of money in hopes it would be amazing like all the other home2suits. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
