Wasnt told there was no working elevator until we arrived at the property and then was told our room Was on the third floor, although the front desk worker did offer to help us get our suitcase to our room! There was no cold water in the shower!

The room was spacious & the hot tub worked. Everything else was a disaster. The blankets on the bed were not clean and super thin. I have pictures to prove it. There was stains including blood stains on the pillows. I called to have the sheets replaced in the morning and when they did the replacement the new sheets were just stained. No blood stains this time, so i guess progress. The elevators didn’t work, there was cracks in the walls inside the room. There was black stains on the tv, and the view made it look like i was staying next to crackhouses. I feel like the room should have been 200 dollars less than what i paid for. The staff was courteous so thats why im giving one star.

The property is a little rundown, but you can see that they’re doing a lot of renovating. It’s close to the commuter trains, which make a lot of noise, but the staff was great and helpful. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to stay downtown for a decent rate.
