Liked everything. The young lady the evening clerk was so helpful,kind , sweet and knowledgeable. All of the daytime people were so nice and helpful. We had a problem with our freezer in the refrigerator and they came right in and fixed it. We will be staying there every time we come to Springfield. God bless. Mrs Deborah O'Neal.

Very easy to navigate, people were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The jacuzzi room we booked was definitely worth the price, and everything worked! Very likely to stay here again.

The stuff was friendly and easy to deal with. Parking was easy and plentiful. This is one of the quietest hotels we've stayed in for a long time. Lots of food and things to do very close in walking distance.
