Dirty asl

I was in town for my uncles funeral, I got in my room and sat my things down, changed my shirt and immediately went to uncles viewing. When I returned, I noticed a lot of hair, stains on comforter, and the tub was just dirty. They moved my room and "upgraded" me, this room was similarly dirty. I clean for a living so I know when something hasn't been touched or cleaned properly. Hand prints on the door, splatter marks in walls, hair and a stain on pillow case.

When we got to our room we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in my family and I did not feel safe so we went to another hotel . I have sent this message to red roof inn but they said my refund would need to come from you as I had booked through your service.
