On Friday i took my dog out and there was dog poop everywhere. Not sure if it was because it rained and snow had melted. Need more garbage cans for poop. Staff very nice and helpful. Room very dirty. My dog even found a pill on the floor. Had upgraded are room prior and paid but was not an upgraded room. Disappointing

Dirty asl

I was in town for my uncles funeral, I got in my room and sat my things down, changed my shirt and immediately went to uncles viewing. When I returned, I noticed a lot of hair, stains on comforter, and the tub was just dirty. They moved my room and "upgraded" me, this room was similarly dirty. I clean for a living so I know when something hasn't been touched or cleaned properly. Hand prints on the door, splatter marks in walls, hair and a stain on pillow case.
