Great Hotel

This was a very nice hotel. The suite had full size appliances & a walk in shower. The room was large & comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

Good amount of space

Overall the room we stayed in was very clean. We got the one bedroom with a fold out couch bed as the second bed- that was the only thing that could be more comfortable. A lot of choices for breakfast which was nice. The front desk brought me tissues and more coffees upon request.

The staff was above and beyond. The breakfast crew were all incredibly polite and hardworking. They presented a delicious and hearty meal to fuel the day. The front desk was courteous and quick to help with any questions/concerns. We would absolutely consider this hotel for future needs.

Check in was easy and fast. When we got to our room it was very spacious and clean. The king size bed mattress is on its last leg. Bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. The smoke detector in one bedroom was dangling from the ceiling not fully attached as it should have been. The exhaust fan was very dirty and dust was collecting all around it on the ceiling. The shower doors would not stay closed causing major water issues on the tiled floor. We asked for every other day house keeping and did not receive any. The tv advertised free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. When we went for a cup the only option was some hot cider. Breakfast was ok, they had a hard time keeping things full I guess due to the hotel being pretty full. Coffee and creamer were both empty when we tried to get some. Overall it was quiet and seemed to be in a good area but for the money we spent for 3 nights I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Good stay, but breakfast service was lacking

The room was dated but nice. The only negative was the terrible breakfast service. My wife and I arrived with 45 minutes left and they were out of oatmeal, cinnamon rolls and eggs. When we asked if she was going to put out more we were told there wasn’t enough time. The full breakfast should be available to guest during breakfast hours, not only if they feel like making it. Also paying for parking in an open lot with no security is gouging the customers.

This place is grimy and needs some detail cleaning ASAP! Also irritating that I wandered down to get coffee at 6:30 when breakfast was supposed to start and there was nothing ready. Came back at 7 and it had improved, but oatmeal didn’t go out until 7:15. No TVs on in the lounge area. Employees seemed apathetic and uncaring.
