Good stay, but breakfast service was lacking

The room was dated but nice. The only negative was the terrible breakfast service. My wife and I arrived with 45 minutes left and they were out of oatmeal, cinnamon rolls and eggs. When we asked if she was going to put out more we were told there wasn’t enough time. The full breakfast should be available to guest during breakfast hours, not only if they feel like making it. Also paying for parking in an open lot with no security is gouging the customers.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. I really enjoy the fact that a decent amount of water came out of the shower very comfortable.

This place is grimy and needs some detail cleaning ASAP! Also irritating that I wandered down to get coffee at 6:30 when breakfast was supposed to start and there was nothing ready. Came back at 7 and it had improved, but oatmeal didn’t go out until 7:15. No TVs on in the lounge area. Employees seemed apathetic and uncaring.

Great spot for family

Check in was very fast and easy, we didnt have to wait at all. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. The suite had all the kitchen space we needed, which was essential for having 2 kids under age 3. The freezer had a terrible smell inside, but it was clean so thats my only complaint. The living room tv swivels out, so it was great for my toddler who insisted on watching cartoons while eating at the table. Breakfast had a ton of variety and lots of options, which is great especially if u have picky eaters -- the chocolate croissants were absolutely amazing ! Parking does cost daily, but there is plenty of parking. We also had a small balcony attached to the living room area which we didnt use, but on a nicer day wouldve been great. We definitely will stay again if we need to!

I’ve stayed at this hotel in different cities and it is always nice. It’s convenient to everything and is quiet. I only wish they had sausage patties and gravy like their hotel in Joplin, MO. That was my only disappointment! ;)
