How do you get away with charging a non refundable pet fee that is more than the room? There is no where on the site or stating you would be charged a $150 non refundable pet fee. i couldn't afford the room because of that and its why i used Expedia to help me budget for this stay. Im all for paying for damages if an accident occurs, but to flat out charge me more than the room is beyond horrible and inexcusable

This hotel was nice. The hallways in the hotel were extremely humid so much that the wall paper was peeling. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was a wonderful addition and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice. I’d stay here again if need be.

This hotel was central for everything we were doing in Springfield. It was a good sized comfortable room which was quiet. We parked right by our entrance and i loved that there was an elevator and easy to find stairs. We will stay here again next trip.

no room service

We were there for 3 nights and never had anyone take care of our room. we had sign out for service. we left the room from 9-4 everyday. When we came back no one took out trash, or made beds or checked if we needed towels. disappointing. Food service was great staff and very helpful.

Family trip

The room was nice and for the most part was clean. The room we picked had a sofa sleeper since there was 5 of us. Only issue with the room was with the couch. When we pulled out the bed, there was no matress cover and the mattress was gross. My son just ended up sleeping on the couch. The rest of the room was clean and spacious.

It has been one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing i will say is you have to pay to park and no one told us that. You have to scan a QR code in parking lot. For the price you pay it should be included, in my opinion. There were five groups of us and no one was told.

Great Hotel

This was a very nice hotel. The suite had full size appliances & a walk in shower. The room was large & comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.
