The front desk staff were outstanding. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, breakfast in the morning was served well, by friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The tv has a purple color on it. I had booked two rooms and it was the same in both rooms. The bathroom did not seem clean. There was hair on the shower walls and mold around the soap dish. We booked adjoining rooms and there was dirt between both doors. A housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 asking if we were checking out even though check out time was at 11.

Staff was great. Breakfast was consistent with other Hampton Inns, which is good. The facilities, however, were horrible. My wife is a mine canary. She smells everything. The first room's odors were gross. The attendant, Samuel did his best to find us the best of what he had available. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns. My wife will never again stay at a Hampton Inn. To me, that's Hilton's fault for not forcing the operator to maintain the premises to higher standards.

The place needs a redo!!! Bathroom was awful.. SO old. We always stay at the Hampton Inn., this ine I wiukd never stay at again!!!!! I shoukd have asked for a refund!!!!
