This cute little 2 bedroom studio above the garage features an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Large master bedroom area with Queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed that has full (bottom) and twin (top). The couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen. It's located on the same property as our home situated on a beautiful 1/2 acre parcel in the country in close proximity to the North Beach area, hot springs, Minnetonka Caves and just a short drive from Montpellier. NO PETS ALLOWED under no circumstances. Owner is very allergic.
