do you ever sense if you book a room through a 3rd party like Hotels.com they emphasize it to you on check in, then place you in the room overlooking the air-conditioning unit or the satellite dishes? I'm growing weary of this situation,. This stay, even the TV didn't work. After a phone call to the front desk, someone came up to confirm it didn't work, still nothing was done ...wont be returning to this Hilton Garden. Otherwise it's a nice property. Too bad.

The room was in good condition. The lights over the nightstand didn't work. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and don't forget to add breakfast to your room when you reserve it. The ice machine was out the last two days of our stay. And they ran out of quarters for the laundry machines.

Everything was great for our stay. The only bad thing was the fire. Alarm went off when we were asleep on Saturday evening. Apparently somebody burned their popcorn. But that’s not a hotel problem. Lol
