Our AC went out in our room and it was 96° outside. We were there for baseball and just wanted to cool down between games. We ended up leaving the hotel, even though we still had to pay for the second night because they couldn't give us a different room. Disappointed. And the toilet wouldn't flussh every time. We had to take the back off and push the water level thing down. There was very little parking because they had dump trailers at one end and storage trailers on the other.

Road trip stay

Road tripping home to Canada, got through Minneapolis to stay in the small town of St Cloud. When you are just staying one night small towns are always worth it! We like Hamptons for their level of quality and cleanliness with decent value. We’ve definitely noticed hotels across the country cutting down on the little things … so it was nice to be offered a bottle of water when we checked in. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Bed and linens were great ! Girl on the front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful even at nine pm . She was a great first impression for the hotel ! This is surprisingly rare. Hotel is also a good distance from the highway for noise and well lit spacious parking. Hamptons are a good choice

Got to hotel and front desk was very nice! Offered some waters for our stay. Gave all info and thanked us again for coming. Room was much bigger than expected bed was firm but not horrible. Over all nice quick stay. Tiles loose in bathroom can tell moisture got under it, may want to fix that before it become worse.

Needs updating

Cleanliness - the main focus areas (bathroom and sleeping areas) were clean, but the overall cleanliness lacked. The curtains were stained, the AC/Heater was dirty, it really needs a deep cleaning. Condition - this hotel is showing signs of wear. The chair in our room was peeling, the wall coverings are marked up and bathroom tiles are loose. Plus - the breakfast had many options, was well stocked, and very tasty. Plus - we had to stay an extra night due to weather and car troubles, they were very accommodating with no notice and gave us a good rate as well.
