Economic stay in a reasonable distance to Zion

It is a kind of economic motel with plenty of space in the parking lot. The room was comfortable and clean. So was the bed itself. The staff was friendly and the check-in/out quick. The breakfast was very basic, mostly composed of unhealthy carbonates. No scrambled eggs, nor vegetables. The tiny pool is situated next to the corner of a loud crossroads. Not a very pleasant place to swim or relax.

Good location, housekeeping needs work

Check-in was easy and staff was good. The room was very basic. I liked the hard floors but they made it kind of loud in the room. The problem? The floors were so dirty. In the main room and in the bathroom. It made my son's feet so gross and we didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Breakfast was yogurt, waffles, bread, packaged muffins, and watered down juice - no fruit, no protein. The pool very small; the pool area is tiny and right on the main street.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, perfect for Zion National Park. Close to various shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast included in the great value price. Clean rooms with good facilities, if a little tired, but very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Sad customer service.

Wow. What horrible service. I needed a place to stay for a funeral. After choosing my dates and selecting a room the dates on the website somehow shifted to 2 days earlier which I noticed as I hit the “book” button. I tried to cancel the transaction before it went through, but was not able to. I immediately contacted support to see if I could switch the reservation to the correct dates but - nope. They wouldn’t budge at all. I hadn’t even been searching for rooms on those dates and there was no reason they should have switched to 2 days earlier. I ended up having to book a completely different hotel stay for the funeral and pay for a room I didn’t even use.

The hotel was just ok, it felt pretty dirty in the room like it had not been deep cleaned ever. There was hair on the shower walls and pillow from prior customers. Sink was dirty. Carpet in the room was very stained. The title in the bathroom was broken. It was advertised that it had a hot tub but it did not. The breakfast was good. It wasn't the worst place but it wasn't the greatest. For the price I would say it was decent.

I was really disappointed. It is a great location to walk to places downtown. Pool was dirty, room walls were marked and needed clean paint. Room had a strong perfume smell. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Very noisy with people partying until late. Bed was comfortable. Won't stay at this place again.
