Well the room was clean, obviously recently refurbished. I reserved a accessible room as my husband was going in for major spine surgery. We reserved nearly two months in advance to get a safe room for him. I even called ahead to make sure he wouldnt have to go far from vehicle to room as he can barely walk... I was told room was by the door BUT in order to get in that door he had to go up stairs without a way to take chair or walker up to door. I helped him and got him there but was VERY , VERY UNSAFE. The room had one very small hand rail next to shower head and that was it. This room has a long way to go to call it accessible. I only give it an O.K. because of the staff.... the man that must have been part of maintenance was always asking to help people. I wish I had got his name because he should get a BIG FAT RAISE. w
