Vring your own towels

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and outdated. The towels were horrible and werent very white. Plus they were tiny. Time for new towels for sure!

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend The hotel was dirty and very run-down, nothing like the photos advertised. The pool was unclean, and the Jacuzzi looked unsafe to use. Fresh towels weren’t provided, and the key card kept malfunctioning, leaving us locked out multiple times. The breakfast was minimal—just bagels, toast, watered-down milk, and old boiled eggs. The owner was noisy, unprofessional, and even attempted to charge us a pet fee for a registered service animal, which is illegal. Overall, this place is poorly maintained and misrepresented online. Avoid if possible.

Rooms were dirty had a strong smell of mold and humidity with a touch of urine extremely wrong considering cleanliness should be priority switched rooms 3 times and ended up getting a refund and left.

For the price and the small amount of time we were here, it was fine. We needed a late check in and the solution was to check in on a kiosk with a person I'm sure was in a foreign country. It took a very long time but finally worked. The room was fine but there was only 1 bar of soap for handwashing and showering for 4 people. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning but it could just be that it's old. We didn't even attempt the breakfast. The beds were fine, the room was nice and cool, and it was quiet.

The room is updated, was clean, and looked nice, but it was SOOOO hot in my room. It was a 100+ degree day, but despite the ac being on when I got in there, it took all night for the temperature in the room to be comfortable. I was sweating just laying in bed and ended up sleeping most of the night on the couch next to the ac unit. A ceiling fan would go a long way in helping cool down the back of the room!
