The breakfast menu was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable. I always stay at this location when I’m in St George and I will in the future. There are plenty of dining options available close by.

Maid service entered my room before I checked out. Failure to respect privacy happened despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door, and a formal answer to when checking out. Some minor things were lost in the trash. I didn't appreciate the violation.

Not sure how this property is rated excellent, the bathroom and sheets were clean, but wallpaper in my room had multiple stains on it. The property is run down and could use a refresh. The heating and air unit did not have digital functionality to set to a specific temperature and when someone is walking in the room next to you or the hall I could feel the bed kind of bouncing. It was very reasonably priced, so I guess you get what you pay for

My bathroom was awful. And kept and nasty. It looked like it had not been taken care of since the 1970s. The windows were filthy, the microwave stand area was filthy and gooey, the carpets, when I walked on them with my socks, made my socks dirty, and when I put the towel on the floor in the bathroom after showering, that towel is dirty underneath.
