It was a very beautiful property, up against the mountain. The hotel seemed very nice. The room was VERY average. The carpet seemed to need cleaning (it felt dirty on bare feet), the bathroom door would drift shut when open, and was obviously water damaged at the bottom with wood fraying. The bed was quite hard. I had to line up all the pillows from the King bed to make a mattress to sleep on. This should NEVER be the case. Put a gel topper on it if you can't afford a quality mattress. The bed should be the most important thing about the room!

Wonderful hotel in great location

The location of this hotel is ideal for anyone traveling through St. George. It is close to a large variety of restaurants and shops and right off the I-15. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the hotel amenities are great, and the breakfast was good with eggs, waffles, etc. Great value for what you get!

The property is well located. The property is pretty rundown, the room had a bad smell possibly coming from the carpet. The carpet throughout the whole building was old and dirty. It needs a serious upkeep. I won't stay there again.

Property was alright for a night stay. Only major complaint or issue id have is the water was not hot in are room was warm couldn’t get any hot water out of the shower. And I tried the hot tub outside and it was warm but not a hot tub status hot. Everything else was good. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.
