The older lady working the front desk overnight was extremely rude. She was argumentative and condescending. The mattress in the room was too soft and bouncy. If you got too close to the edge, you would slide right off. There was no hot water. When I complained, I was pretty much ignored.

We loved how the pool was both inside and outside. Really enjoyed all the activities...mini golf, playing billiards and ping pong. Very family friendly and the front desk was really nice and accommodating.
