Front dest lady was kind but when I called house keeping, no one answered. Towel was looks very dirty old. Hotel bathroom need to be disinfect clean. Blanket smells like rotten cigarettes smalls. I will never go again. I’m surprised they serve eggs.

Red Lion Hotel St. George UT. Booked 10/20-10/22. Assigned ADA room not accessible due to truck blocking door. Got another room-not ADA. My husband’s walker could not fit in the bathroom.Carpet outside bathroom was soaking wet and smelly. Covered with towel.Next day towel brown.Sewage leak! Cancelled the 2nd night as that room was disgusting and no ADA rooms available.Working on getting refund for the night of 10/21

Nice clean place. Had great amenities with the pool, mini golf, etc. Definitely worth the price and would stay there again. Great value. Also everyone was very friendly.

While the hotel was clean, it is old and dusty. The toilet didn't flush, the sink didn't drain, there was one partially used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no spare paper for my booty. The free breakfast doesn't make the list of real foods. It has a pickleball court which doesn't play like one because of the plastic-type of flooring which was used. I will say that the service at the front desk was great. The staff was courteous and friendly. Thus, getting the only positive stars for this hotel. Will go across the street next time for a nicer place at the same price.

Don't get the pool side room. It's not pool side and there are no windows to the outside. The window just faces a hallway to the pool. The rooms, carpeting, bedding, shower fixtures etc are all outdated and worn out. It's as clean and well kept as it can be for a 1980s build. Staff was very nice. This was one of the less expensive places. So there is that. But don't expect a crisp and clean.

Most of the staff were nice and friendly, but one was curt and snippy (She was an older woman.) They have fun amenities such as a ping pong table, pool, and mini golf. The hotel stand to have an updated look though.

The price was great! But you really do get what you pay for. Embedded dirt and odor in the carpets, especially on the stairs and I'm the hallway.cracked bathroom sink, and being was tolerable at best.

We LOVE this hotel! The indoor/outdoor pool is always a hit & we really appreciated that it was heated. There's also mini golf, pickleball, basketball, ping pong & a pool table. So many fun things that my kids never wanted to leave. It's always our first choice when visiting St George. Highly recommend!
