Step into the great room, where soaring ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace create a true lodge-style atmosphere. Settle into plush seating, take in the sweeping lake views, and enjoy the open layout that flows seamlessly into the full kitchen. Home cooks will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, center island with seating for five, and all the essentials for effortless vacation meals. A round table for 12 sits just beside the windows—perfect for family dinners—or head out to the furnished wraparound deck for outdoor dining with a front-row view of Big St. Germain Lake.
This home offers four inviting bedrooms spread across three levels, giving groups both comfort and privacy.
Main level: Two queen bedrooms and a full bath.
Loft level: A lake-view sitting area and the primary bedroom featuring a high-end queen mattress and TV, plus a full bath.
Lower level: A spacious entertainment room with patio access, plus a bunk room with two twin bunks and a queen bed with another high-end mattress.
The lower-level family room is stocked with games and books, a mounted flat-screen TV, and easy walkout access to the yard and shoreline. You’ll also find a full bath, an additional refrigerator, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
Outdoor living is where this home truly shines. Spend your mornings paddleboarding from the gentle, zero-entry sandy beach, take out the rowboat, canoe, or paddleboat, or cast a line—Big St. Germain Lake is beloved for its excellent fishing. In winter, guests can ride snowmobiles and equipment directly onto the frozen lake from the property for seamless access to the area’s extensive trail system. After grilling your fresh catch on the gas grill, end the day at the lakeside firepit under a sky full of bright northern stars.
Visiting in fall or winter? The Northwoods delivers. Autumn brings breathtaking color surrounding the lake, while winter offers world-class snowmobiling, ice fishing, and access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails. Sandy Cove is located just down the street from snowmobile trails, ATV routes, and the paved bike path, making it easy to explore year-round adventure right from your doorstep. With high-speed WiFi, the home also supports remote work and study between outdoor excursions.
Located just minutes from town, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, ice cream stops, and four-season recreation from boating to trail riding.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
