Nice, very clean and quiet condo. Was in town for work and would use again.
The host was kind and gracious, especially because I messed up the reservation. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. Everything was super clean and it was really comfortable.
The condo was just as I expected and matched the description. The unit was very clean and the location on the 2nd fairway made it interesting to watch the passing golfers. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely go back sgain!
Fabulous unit in St. James. It really felt like everything was new. Appliances worked great. Unit was stocked with plenty of everything. Host (Bill) was great. So responsive. Great view of golf course. This is a 3rd floor unit (stairs), so be ready for that. We were fine, who doesn’t need extra steps each day? Close to everything Southport has to offer. Book with confidence!
Absolutely loved everythingabout our stay. My father lives in St James and this was so convenient .. Beach access was wonderful. Small community pool was fun with some very interesting characters..
We had a great time. The livingroom was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in several nights. The pool just a short walk from the condo was awesome.
This was the perfect location for a girls golf trip, and right on hole #2! Very clean and great communication. We didn't have time to explore, but easy to get to and a beautiful neighborhood.
Wonderful place to stay with family. Ample room to chill out. Located close to beaches, downtown SouthPort and groceries. Beautiful evening sunset over the golf course.
The property was very clean and beautiful. We did not feel crowded and the beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the town of South Pork and had some great meals there .
We stayed for a few nights in this condo. It was just as described and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in! There’s a nice screened-in porch to view the golf course from the top floor. The bed was comfortable, and all appliances that we used worked just fine.
We have stayed in this condo multiple times, and have always enjoyed the stay. The condo is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, nice linens, and is in a great location. Communications with Bill are easy with quick responses. We will stay here again.
This condo was home-away-from-home: beautifully furnished, new appliances in the kitchen, lovely view over the golf course and minutes away from both Southport, where we went for shopping and dining, and Wilmington, where we visited Bellamy Mansion. The owner of the condo was easy to reach and very friendly. I highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area.
This condo is beautifully maintained and managed. It was very spacious and an absolute pleasure to stay here. We would definitely stay there again! Bill is very friendly and easy to talk to.
