This place has sooo much potential. Pros: The lobby area and conference center are really nice and decorated in a great theme. Our room was very comfortable and decorated well. The courtyard area was awesome despite the water feature not working. Pet friendly rooms. Cons: Needs TLC and upkeep. Front desk staff at check-in was miserable that afternoon. We would stay again but would love to see it brought to potential.

The breakfast was great! We love the pool and hot tub! But the room was not clean, stains on the sheets and bedspread!! Dust in the corners of the dark carpeting. hair in the bathroom and toothpaste smeared all over the vanity!! Yes! We doubt that our room had been cleaned at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Stoney Creek Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so helpful whether it be for a need in your room or a great place to eat. The breakfast were awesome!!! The only disappointment was in the lounge we sat there for 15 minutes and no one came out to see if we wanted anything.
