Room wasn’t ready when we got here at 430 and staff was rude and unhelpful. Felt like an inconvenience. Reservation for three people yet the room had no sheets pillow are blanket for sofa bed. Asked for them got back to room only sheets in room had to go back down and ask for pillow and blanket. The bra and restaurant were not opened. Felt rushed to leave.

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the little desk and chair. There was a little caddy with a yoga mat and some other excercise things and some clorox wipes which I loved. I only stayed for one night, but there also is a 24 hour gym I was told at the desk, and a snack and drink bar accessible in the lobby. The room was just enough space to move comfortably but wasn’t too big. It was a perfect little stay and just what I needed to save myself some driving time for a trip the next morning. Also is pet friendly, which is very cool.

The sliding bathroom door was off track and we had to be very gentle with it so it wouldn’t break. We saw the welcome bags for all the other guests that checked in during our stay but we didn’t receive one

The rooms were not properly furnished. There was no dressers/draws for clothes storage and a very small closet to hang coats, shirts, etc. The seating was inadequate … one office chair and two ottomans. We could relax and sit to watch news/tv. The existing furnishings included a business white board with eraser …. Why ? And, other useless pieces. No bed side table … just a high desk type with rollers … terrible. Also, no type of night light to get to the bathroom … not good. We left earlier than our original reservations and moved to a neighboring hotel to be comfortable.
