Nice enough...

We stayed one night while visiting family in the area. The hotel was nice, but obliviously dated, and in need of some updates. The beds were very comfortable, and all was clean. The restaurant was very expensive and not worth the price. I paid $12 for a container of yogurt!

The outside pool is beautiful. Towels are unlimited to use. A restaurant inside the inn is not expensive, reasonable. We enjoyed a lot.all of staff are very kind and nice . The location is also very good to visit all places that we want, children's museum, sono, aquarium and park.

Great Price and Location

Just a last-minute stay because the weather turned bad and I had a long drive home. But the hotel was extremely reasonably priced, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would visit again!

Overall, everything was clean. The food was delicious. Room was very small for two people. It was a little dated. We were able to receive towels and toiletries when we ask for them. We would stay there again.

A Small Place to Stay

We liked the hotel, but it was very weird. There was only one waiter in the bar and it took them some time to get to us. The food tasted like it was frozen, not fresh made. We found some feathers on our buffalo wings. Our room was nice, but compact. You can tell there was some renovations made there. It had a small pool that got full quick.It was an okay place to stay.

I would highly recommend staying at The Norwalk Inn! When we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, we quickly checked into our room and went to take advantage of the beautiful pool!! After swimming we had a lovely meal at the restaurant in the hotel ( Adams Rib) We asked the attendant at the front desk for a recommendation for dessert and we were not disappointed! We had ice cream right on the water. It couldn’t have been better. This will definitely be our go to place anytime we are in Connecticut.!

Customer service was excellent! However the rooms needs much to be desired. Rooms are dated and not very clean. I had to switch rooms because the original room was not clean. Walls are thin and you can hear people above and next to me. During my 3 day stay my garbage was not emptied at all.

Beautiful property the pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice spacious. The hotel was quiet. However, the restaurant was nonexistent. The menu really isn’t the menu. They had a limited menu of like four items and then breakfast was over an hour waiting for the food while the food was delicious. The service was nonexistent. We waited over 20 minutes just for a glass of water.
