Our stay at Norwalk Inn & Conference Center was absolutely amazing. Although the circumstances surrounding our stay were unfortunate due to a death in the family, the accommodations were quite pleasant. Our room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was fully stocked with all the essentials for a great stay. I want to thank Alfredo for accommodating us after a last-minute mix up with our previous room option. I also want to thank Maria Devito, the property manager, for how well she handled another situation involving my stay at Norwalk. Although they were not privy to all I was facing at the time, their commitment to customer service and professionalism made a huge difference. I definitely plan to return to this property when I’m in the Norwalk area again and will encourage others to do so.

We stayed here because i was having eye surgery nearby. The hotel staff was wonderful. Arranged for us to have a ground floor room near the entrance so i didn't have to walk far. We had a lovely finner in the restaurant the night before and take out from there a few times. Our room was small but clean and well maintained. No complaints.

When we arrived nothing in our room was plugged in so we had to move furniture to plug everything in. We ended up having to call 3 times to finally get towels (1st call 10a, then 4p, again around 8p). The bathroom wasnt clean at check in. It had hair in the shower and something was spilled on the floor so it obviously hadnt been mopped. Compared to our last stay this was extremely disappointing. We booked the same type of room but this one had a super tiny refrigerator (so didnt hold what we needed it to) and super tiny TV. Overall the location was a positive.
