The room was dirty, people running up and down the stairs at all time and yelling. The bed are not comfortable you can sink in it. Bathroom were dirty the shower still had hair. I know I wasn’t in a good area but I feel like the room could have been cleaned a little bit better!!

We arrived late since we came from Disney. When we went to check in we were told they were on the middle of shift change and we needed to wait 10 and not in the lobby. It was not said nicely or with any apologies at all. When we were finally able to check in they required ID for everyone over 18. So I gad to go back out again to get my husbands ID. When we got to the room and it was hot so we tried to turn on the air. All it was doing, was circulating the hot air. The air conditioner did not work at all. The shower was banged up and peeling and just looked dirty. Also, when you shower water goes everywhere I understand you get what you pay for, but I won’t be back.

Definitely worth it

The beds were super comfortable and after three long days at Disney, we were very comfortable! The toilet handle was a little wonky, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a great stay, a little sad there wasn’t breakfast, but you can go right next-door to Jack-in-the-Box

I rented three separate rooms for a total of two nights. One room had no hot water. The second room had roaches and the fire alarm went off randomly around 1am. When I showed the management the picture of the roaches she said "i know. Which room so we can spray again." Would totally give this zero stars if I could. Lousey experience.

The rooms were really outdated and realllllly small. As well as the restrooms mainly the shower. The area was quiet with many options for eating and shopping. The staff were all nice.

Some homeless folks walking nearby questions safety at night. Need to report homeless folks and have them removed to improve safety. Washroom has orders -- suggest check U valve to see if cracked or plugged as vapour should not back flow to room. White parking lines are excellent

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is very lacking. Beds are pretty worn. Linens were ok. Door didnt shut properly (bathroom door and entry door). towels were smaller than average and they only provided 2. toiletries were the worst in decades. 1 bar of hand soap was all, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash. Shower was extremely small. No walking space on sides of bed, only in center of room. ended up cutting our stay short 1 night.
