A/C barely put out cool air even on high! So our room #327 was so hot and stuffy. Old mattress that sunk in when you sat down. Such an uncomfortable and sleepless night!! I would like a refund, oh forgot to mention the 1st room #307 smelled horrible like dogs had lived there, smell of pet urine and animal deodorizer, sick!! Refund please!!!
