This lovely home in the cute Bent Brook Ridge subdivision features a master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The home is only about 4 years old and has been freshly renovated. Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and open spaces. Large screen TVs in living area and bedroom. Approximately 2500 square feet. Nice back yard with Sapphire Egg grill. This is a perfect home to share with friends and family and enjoy a football or baseball weekend. Nice furnishings throughout the home provide a peaceful and comfortable place to relax. 2 car garage and plenty of parking are available.

The house had no toilet paper, coffee machine didn't work, hair in shower drains and on bathroom floor, some were allergic to dog hair etc., no instructions for TV, sheets and pillow cases not clean or enough, used wash cloths in bathrooms, ice machine in fridge couldn't keep up and their was no catch bin for ice.

Good location, but overpriced. On Saturday morning, the host dropped in to get clothes out of their closet without any warning in advance. While the host let us know they were going to get something out of the garage on Saturday morning, they did not warn us about potential entry into the home. This obviously made us feel like we didn’t have any privacy.

Not the best

Cleanliness of property is lacking. Let’s just say that the housekeeper is definitely taking advantage of the owners. Mold in the master bathroom shower and hair in the drain Cob webs everywhere. I had to contact the owner upon arrival to ask where the vacuum was. Staples that should be in the house were not there. No washcloths, hand towel hanging in master bathroom had bleach marks all over it. Cooking essentials were lacking.

Cute house!

Overall, it is a very cute house. It is in a great location. It lacks kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. It does have some of each but not enough for 8 people.
