The desk staff was wonderful and most helpful with directions, etc. The hotel is dated. Simple things like a plug-in at the base of the nightstand lamps were not available. We were not given or offered a wifi password. The bed was absolutely terrible. It was extremely hard and very uncomfortable.

They were busy since it is the holidays and the restaurant was not available in the evenings. The rooms were nice, but are a little small. That doesn’t really matter to me though. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Staff was excellent, very courteous. Room was nice, was very clean. Restaurant menu was sparse but what was there was good. Main restaurant rooms where holding private holiday parties, had to sit in bar to eat dinner both nights, not happy about that as no room for hotel guest. A lot of choices for breakfast.
