Ski-In/Walk-out condo, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out back of building, across a parking lot and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations.

The beautifully updated and remodeled property offers an open living area with comfortable seating on a sofa (pulls out for a 2nd bed) and chairs. Lay in bed and take in the slope views or sit back and relax on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch movies on the large flat screen TV. Off of the living area is the updated kitchen, featuring gorgeous counter tops, beautiful stainless appliances, wood cabinetry and two counter bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. There is a rustic, wood dining table with seating for 4 in the living area, perfect for a family or two couples. There is a an accordion door that can close off the bedroom to separate form the living area/pull out sofa and turn this studio into a 1 bedroom. The updated full bathroom is right off of that area and includes a glass shower.

Enjoy the community hot tub. *If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. They occasionally close for a seasonal cleaning etc.

There is a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear and free parking outside the building.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, at the base area you have access to other activities such as the Outlaw Mountain Coaster, mini golf, plenty of kid friendly activities, free concerts and movies.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

The location of this condo is awesome. Perfect ski in walkout setup. Kitchen was well stocked, and condo was very clean. Ski locker was very convenient, 20 feet down hallway from condo. Would stay here again

Nice and clean apartment

This apartment was the perfect place for me, my husband and our baby. We loved that room can be closed off and function as a 1 bedroom. The place felt newly upgraded and clean. It was well stocked, only thing it could’ve used was some throw blankets for the family room. Everything in town was less than 10 mins away. We were very happy with our stay!

A Perfect Week on the Slopes

This lovely condo fit our needs perfectly. The great location just off Right-O-Way allowed my husband and I to get on and off the slopes each day with ease. The shared hot tub was never busy and was a relaxing end to each ski day. We used the well equipped kitchen to make breakfast in the mornings and even cook a couple of dinners as well. Best of all, the iTrip team was super responsive and it only took a couple of text messages to line up the free shuttle to take us into town for dinner or grocery shopping. With all the snow, it really couldn't have been a better week! We look forward to booking this condo again on our next trip out to Steamboat Springs.

We loved this condo and the location. It was very clean and nice. Had every thing we needed and the set up was great. We could literally walk right out the door and put in our skis. The condo was updated and very clean. Nice bed and shower. We would stay here again.

This unit was very recently renovated with an awesome kitchen and super comfy bed! The unit was super clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook! Easy access to slopes!

Small but nice property close to the slopes. Had most everything we needed (except a can opener)! Kitchen had spices and nice knives, well equipped! Beds were comfortable, including pull out couch. Would stay here again!

This ground level studio is literally feet from the slope and you ski right up to the patio door! Basic set up, but very clean. Kitchen recently updated with new appliances, wonderful cookware, and the best knives of any property I have stayed at. I would definitely return!

Ski side condo

We had a great time staying in steamboat. How cool to walk out the door and right onto the slopes. The condo was completely updated with trendy design. The only pain is trying to ski on your check out day. You can’t stay parked at the condo so you have to drive to a lot to park. Wish there was a way to ski that last day without the hassle. The bed could use a softer mattress too.

Awesome Condo!!!

Sharpest knives in a rental unit ever!! Due to dining restrictions, we planned on cooking in each night and I was VERY please with their well equipped kitchen.. The Condo was located right on the slopes which made stopping by for lunch super easy. It's a ground floor unit which made getting on/off the slopes and to/from the ski lockers super easy. Oh yea, ski lockers... Cool feature that was only 20 feet down the hall from the condo - made storing & retrieving equipment very convenient. This place is newly renovated - Carpet, bathroom, fully kitchen upgrade - we'll be back... Are you interested in selling the condo?
