This new home is located on the Steinhatchee River across from River Haven Marina. Boasts two master suites, plus three lovely guest rooms. 5 Bedrooms, 5-1/2 Baths in all. Private dock with private covered boat slip. Screened in gaming area, ice machine and fire pit on ground level. Three beautiful screened in balconies. Private clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and pool. Card/poker room with nice gaming table. Ping pong, foosball, darts, and corn hole in the gaming area. Bath porch cooking area with 2 grills and outdoor cookers for your use. Newley re-landscaped and looking beautiful for the season.
Please note: There are security cameras on the front and back of the property for your safety, the check in check out in structure will be given in the morning of arrival day.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Steinhatchee Public Boat Ramp. An outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room are available. A kitchen and 5.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
