Room for 4 people is super small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Very little space for clothes. No shelf at all in bathroom—not in shower, not around sink/toilet area. Room not clean—carpets stained, heavy layer of dust on the decorative pipes running above the beds, hairs and dust on the window ledges, dust on the track for the bathroom door. Bathroom door is barn-style, sliding open and closed. Latch to lock. Latch is too loose, so door slides back a bit and eliminates privacy for person in bathroom. Positives: beautiful design in common areas and in room. Quiet. Nice to have breakfast included. Easy check in.

Great location across from the Stowe cinema and several restaurants. Wonderful last minute stay on a chilly Memorial day weekend. Great nightcap at the bar.

We will not stay in this Lark Hotel again. It does not have the quality of a Lark Hotel. Poor access from the parking lot to the rooms unless you like lots of stairs and a dirt lot. It is an old property with no staff visible during our stay. The rooms remind me of a boarding house with poor bathrooms and old HVAC systems. Just a very tired property all around. The owners of this property are taking no pride in its condition but take and publish great pictures online. They include breakfast but it is underwhelming. Overall a bad experience and we will not be staying there again on out next visit to Stowe, VT.

The service is excellent. The staff is helpful, polite, and always communicate with a big smile. The facility has plenty of parking. Breakfast is included and is absolutely delicious.
