Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to high PFAS levels. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Additionally, the owner has provided drinkable water in the unit. Water should only be used in instances where it is not being consumed.

This recently and completely renovated condo located in a new part of the resort is everything you need to truly enjoy your getaway to the charming town of Stowe! You'll be located in the Mountainside Resort where fun and entertainment are right outside your door! The charming town of Stowe is under three miles away and you can find several dining options, Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum, the Helen Day Art Center, and plenty of convenience stores! Mount Mansfield is seven miles away and offers panoramic hiking trails for everyone!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
