Room was always clean, fires in communal areas always on and welcoming, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They set up a screen to watch the superbowl in the downstairs lounge that was awesome!

Room was in good condition, could use a dresser or cubby for clothes. Staff was very courteous. We stayed Friday - Monday, Friday night the nice lounge area was closed for a child’s birthday party, didn’t think that was good for customers who should be able to enjoy the amenities they’ve paid for. Sunday we felt like everything shut down because the weekend was over. Came back early from skiing and was very disappointed to see hot tub closed, no towels in the pool area, sauna off. I understand you have to re-group from the weekend but you still have paying customers.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We were completely unpacked and about to head out for dinner. When my wife read the greeting card who was addressed to another person. When we went to the lobby to double check, they let us know there's been a mistake, and asked us to move to our assigned room. It left a bitter taste because we were a bit of hangry after our long travel since we have to postpone our dinner and move our stuff. It would've been nice to be accommodated for the inconvenience.

Awesome spot in Stowe! Very convienent boot room post skiing, excellent atmosphere to hang out, play games, and grab a drink! Really enjoyed our stay and super close to the resort!
