Water should only be used in instances where it is not being consumed.* As of November 2020, the amenities at Mountainside, including the gym and sauna, are currently closed for the foreseeable future due to state rules and regulations. Thank you for understanding. ** The pool and hot tub will be open Tuesday through Saturday each week. A signup sheet for a 45-minute usage slot will be provided in your confirmation email or you can call Vacasa to request a link. ***Starting Friday, December 20, 2024, due to necessary repairs to the retaining wall, the parking lot for Buildings F and G will be closed during the winter months. We anticipate the repair work to be completed by spring to early summer 2025. As a safety precaution cars are not being allowed to park in F and G lot. Please note that the retaining wall is for support of the parking lot and does not affect the condominium structure.
Alternative Parking Arrangements:
To accommodate you during this time, there are designated over 20 parking spots in the following areas:
* Tennis court driveway * Across from the office and check-in area * For added convenience, a stairway has been constructed from the tennis court driveway leading directly to the entrances of Buildings F and G.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
