The room and property were both very clean. The staff were super friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. I had drinks at the bar and the service and selection was excellent. The room was quiet for the most part. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that the heater was noisy. It woke me up every time it came on.

The property is very nice and clean. The room was bigger than expected. The only negative comment I have is we went to dinner in their higher end restaurant. We needed to order a gluten-free item and our waiter told us that we would piss off the chef. That comment alone almost made us leave. But we stayed in the meal was adequate but not worth the price. Overall, the hotel was fantastic.

The lodge was very nice, food was good and the area is beautiful. My only complaint is that things just didn’t seem to be organized. You need to sign up for tours, but they were all ful before we got there. The sugar house was a point of interest for one tour and it was locked up. We arrived on October 24th and were about a week too late for the peak foliage change. Overall it a very nice place.

The resort is in such a beautiful area, and our room was very nice with an amazing view of the mountains, we could sit just outside our room and take it all in. The bed was great and the shower nice as well. The staff was quite unfriendly upon arrival - front desk and concierge were very blah. Our room was very pricey and I'd think for that price they would go out of their way to be friendly/nice/accommodating. Overall I'm glad we stayed here, but for the price would not stay again.
