We were assured the pool would be open when reservations were made. We were informed the day prior to check in that it was closed. No cancellation was allowed. That is the main reason we chose the hotel. Front desk staff was ignorant and dismissive to us.

Upon arrival the hotel wasbunder construction. Would have been nice to get a notification about it. The lady at the front seemed to be annoyed and didnt greet or say your welcome after we said thank you. The room was ok but shower was filthy the water pressure was low and bed horrible . I am truly disappointed by this stay as i alway enjoy staying at holiday inn

Room was clean , beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice. Staff was friendly. Only one suggestion. We had a accessibility room but there was no high rise toilet. My husband has problems with walking and getting up and down. Toilet was too low and they need more grip bars in the shower. The tub was very slippery even with the little pads We were there for 2 nights and we managed .

Room was fine. They are doing renovations at the hotel and the pool was closed. I booked this hotel for the pool so was a bit upset over that. This info should be posted. There was no maid service. We ended up cutting out stay short due to a winter storm coming in so it wasn’t a huge deal but if we ended up staying the full time I would have been very upset.
