The hotel is located in a mall parking lot, convenient to stores, but if you're looking for views, this is not the hotel for that. Very clean, reasonable pricing, great for a quick trip to hike the surrounding area.

Overall good place to get some rest.

Hotel was overall clean and check-in was smooth - the two issues we had were overall small, but annoying. 1st - there was still trash and a used towel in our room when we arrived. Trash was in the trash can, towel was on the sink countertop - along with opened, used soap. Again, nothing huge, but it makes you wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the room. 2nd issue was the hot tub. It was overall clean, but the jets were not working. The button on the wall was there, reset was checked, but no true jets. Again, not a huge issue, but annoying when we booked this hotel over others simply because they had a hottub.

Great honest Staff

We returned to this hotel specifically because the staff was kind enough to reach out when my prescription medicine was found after we departed. They kept my prescription secured in the office until we were able to return a week later at the rn of our trip.

Very friendly staff. It was great to have someone at breakfast who was helpful and prepared such a delicious hotel buffet. Employees greeted us kindly in the hallway and on the elevator. The rooms and other areas were clean. The breakfast area was larger than most so it didn't feel crowded.

Great Hotel!

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff was friendly and informative. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with freshly made pancakes from an automated machine.. that was fun! After checking out we got a call because we forgot a medicine in the room. They kindly kept it secure in the office until we returned after our trip to pick it up.
