3 bedroom private vacation home in sundance

Looking for a convenient place to rent during the Rally where you can keep your bikes in a nice 2 car garage when you aren’t out riding them? Look no further than my 3 bed, 2 bath house with an attached 2 car garage.

With two queen beds and one twin bed, it will be the perfect place for a group of 4 or 5 to rent for the week. My house comes with an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Washer and dryer available downstairs, if needed. One ROKU TV upstairs and one ROKU TV downstairs. The elevated deck is attached to the kitchen and makes for some great summer evenings sitting outside with a beverage of choice.

The wood in the left bay of the garage will be moved out and cleaned up before the Rally!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Washington Park. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 3 bathrooms in the vacation home.
