Our room 119 had bed bugs. In the rush of moving to another room, some of our items were left in the previous room and when we asked for them in the morning, they were no longer in that room and no one knew where they were. Also wasn’t able to credit us anything to our card because they said we’d have to wait till a weekday and contact a manger then.

customer service was not great, i personally would not have those lady's receiving my clients. also lack of communication when i had called ahead for crib, arrived no one had any idea. fortunately i only stayed for the night. breakfast is basically just fridge food you microwave and a few cheap basic pastry's in the reception.

We are local. This was the second time we stayed. Room condition was a little rough (#306): 1. no light bulb next to the bed (missing) 2. power or blowdryer has some issues..I plugged it in and it would be on intermittently. If I bumped it would go on and off. 3. bathtub has definitely seen better days...a few chips that have been "filled" in. 4. TV has no menu (every time we hit info...nothing is shown--basically we had no idea what we were watching unless we caught the beginning of the show) 5. overflow in the sink doesn't work...so you will flood the bathroom (we left it on by accident). Kitchen area fine. Nice to have a "dining" area for our take out and a desk to work at and the sofa and chair to sit on. Bed is too soft for us.

Excellent stay at Corporate Inn Sunnyvale. Front desk staff was very welcoming and informative (big shout out to Meilani), the room was more than adequate and larger in size than the usual single king rooms at nearby hotels. The entire room was spotlessly clean with a good layout. The bed was very comfortable, but could be a tad firmer for my preference. I'm familiar with the location since I work nearby and being right off of El Camino Real, you'll find numerous restaurants. Parking was good too with a covered garage and small open parking lot, however, be cautious on entry and exit as the driveway is near the corner and oncoming traffic can get quite busy. Would definitely stay here again.

First room had mold and mildew all over the bathroom especially the shower. I was moved rooms after reporting the mold. I was told the new room was newly remodeled. But the new room had just as much mold and mildew. I was only refunded the last three days of my reservation. Corporate Inn still charged a cancellation fee which I find absolutely ridiculous. The front staff was very friendly and hotel.com staff tried to help me. Corporate inn is an old hotel.
