The Lazy Pelican is a large, beautiful home on the west end of Sunset Beach. A unique gem to the island, this home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and second living area, providing plenty of space for your family. The reversed floorplan is a fantastic feature, making sure you get the best possible views from the main living areas. Every detail of this home is designed to maximize comfort and enjoyment. If you aren't ready to come indoors after a long day at the beach, you can enjoy lounging by your own private pool and tiki bar. You will also love the outside decks for sunbathing or just enjoying the view. The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional fee, please contact the office for details.
