Welcome to “Summer Winds”! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0.2 miles north of the Surfside Pier. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family-friendly restaurants. The large open kitchen/dining/living area layout is ideal for gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and features a breakfast bar. The first floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. The other three rooms are located on the second floor. The poolside master suite is located on the second floor. The master bathroom features a double sink and walk-in shower. The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the well-manicured fenced-in backyard and pool. The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to four vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Dated property and poor service from Sea Star realty company

We rented over Thanksgiving. The property is dated. But it does have everything you need to manage a meal for 6. We had a blown fuse on thanksgiving day and did not get a response from the rental company - Sea Star Realty. The fuse in the main room was blown and they do not consider this an emergency?? Ridiculous. I complained about this and they did not offer anything to compensate. They will not get my business again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2020
