The room was the size of a sIze 6 shoe box, the closet was a short little stand alone thing in the corner of the room; the bathroom smelled; the water did not go down in the sink; the bed was a BIG lumpy thing; the pillows were hard as rocks....need I say more? The reception person/area was accommodating to us

Property seemed dated and a little dirty. Room was a little depressing and although it was clean it did not feel clean to me. I am a little torn because i was not expecting the accommodations to be great to begin with.

Stayed here multiple times and it’s a fine hotel. For this stay, the third floor was being renovated. Would’ve preferred to be on the first or second floor. As usual, comfortable room,great breakfast and many good TV choices.

Check in tool 30 mins, dog barking in room next door was alot and then the popping expanding ductwork bangs that occurred all night was the last straw

We were in town for an unexpected death in the family booked 4 nights. The hotel smelt like Mirjana through out our stay. Barking dogs and loud noises every night! I left my sons Nintendo switch in the room the day we were going to the funeral and when we returned it was missing. We went to the front desk and asked if maybe housekeeping might have accidently grabbed it with sheets while cleaning and was told no. They didn't seem fazed by the earlier complaint of the smell nor when I told them something was taken. Horrible experience for $800. Stay away if you can!
