The first room they gave us was filthy, the bathroom in a disgusting state. The next room was missing soap, towels, tissues, & the phone was broken. The toilet pedestal was not firmly anchored into the floor, it was dangerous to sit on.The staff appeared confused by our requests for better service. We explained the problems several times and got mostly incomprehension (this was not due to a language problem). We left for our meeting and on our return there was a dirty rubber glove in the bathroom but not change in the situation. Attempts to get access to the manager were unsuccessful. I would recommend that no one stay at this place.

The indoor pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t even swim in it, the hot tub was out of order. There was no one to help the front desk staff in the morning with breakfast, so everything kept running out, including silverware. I had to take my kids out to a diner for breakfast in the morning instead.

Great staff dirty facility

It was nice the staff was amazing, but the pool is falling apart and water is cloudy. The hot tub had so much skin in it that when you step in it moves. Cob webs in the room and dust balls (not bunnies) in the room.

Hot tub had been out of commission for two weeks.. that was the reason why we booked the best Western was for the hot tub… They could have updated their website to let people know that the hot tub would not be available… This was not a last-minute break… It’s been out of commission for over two weeks… also, you had one person running the desk and the breakfast… Wasn’t fair for her… She did the best she could… Coffee in the crafts were warm, not hot and… I don’t think it cost that much more but nobody really drinks coffee anymore with just cream and sugar… Quinn, you have those little packets of either French vanilla or hazelnut for the coffees… Everyone loves flavored coffee nowadays… You had none of that that rooms were clean bed was comfortable
