Very pleasant stay. The lovely lady at breakfast was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was newly renovated and everything seemed new, feom the beddings, carpet and washroom. Very comfortable stay, inwould definitely stay there again.

The young guy at the front desk was great. I forgot my card at the desk and re ran it up to my room. He could have easily just called the room to tell me i could come pick it up but clearly he's cut if the right cloth for customer service. Keep him on!!

Disappointing experience. Won’t return

No water for the first 30 minutes. We were not told this before we went into our room and tried to wash-up. TV didn’t work and was not fixed during our 3 night stay. The couch was changed out one day while we were out…. Seemed odd. The hairdryer did not have a back plate, so the fan was exposed and too dangerous to use. Disappointing experience.

Everything was great but my room was not cleaned on the first day. I stayed two nights. I usually tip well, but since the trash wasn’t emptied and used towels were not replaced, I did not tip.
