Clean and safe hotel. F&B Room service was delicious and fast. Valet team was very kind. Concerns are about noise levels. 4th floor units are extremly inconvenient with the music from the lobby coming in through the floor. Worst is being up against the gym with body builders in action. Work trip turned unfortunate with lack of rest awaking the baby causing a snowball effect on the day beginning at 430am. Was promised points and breakfast but that never happened.
