Upon arrival, it looked nothing like the picture. The elevator is out of service, so you have to walk stairs. My sister has a torn meniscus. I explained this to the front desk staff. He said I should have asked for an accessible room(she is not handicapped), refused to move us and said if we canceled our reservation, they would keep the first night's stay....even though they are the ones with the broken elevator. Please note the enjoyment of carrying all of our luggage, cooler, and pets up and down the stairs. All of the fire extinguisher boxes have had the glass busted out and all fire extinguishers but a couple were missing. There was wiring for the air conditioner hanging down and Jerry rigged around the a/c cord, with connectors exposed. The lighting was horrible. Both beds were tacos. We rolled to the middle. We had to turn the mattress. We needed towels for the pool. We were told the laundry hadn't been done. The pool was the only thing advertised correctly, but we couldn't use it because we couldn't get towels. When I went to exchange towels, housekeeping took the towels from me, then said they didn't have anymore, to go to the front desk. The front desk clerk didn't not believe I had given the towels to housekeeping. He all but accused me of stealing his cheap hotel towels. The gentleman in the morning was professional and courteous, every other member of staff we encountered looked and spoke to us like we were beneath them and were less than friendly.
