Room charges for a bed tax were the bill daily however, they do t even make the bed everyday. Pool wasn’t functional our entire stay. Coffee was cold in the lobby coffee bar. Front desk staff were very nice but overall I wouldn’t stay again for that price.

This was a very nice and enjoyable, typical Residence Inn room exactly like the ones I've stayed in around the Country. Very comfortable and plenty of space for two. We were disappointed with the breakfast offering, specifically the weekday eggs. They did not taste anything like fresh scrambled eggs. I did see a sign that they offer waffles on weekends, so maybe that is when I would return.

I was disappointed in this place given the “wonderful ratings. In fairness: PROS: 1. Location to I-10 2. Exceptional bed, very comfortable. 3. Pet friendly 4. Friendly, welcoming staff 5. Cleanliness 6. Shower is walk-in and work great. Spacious, they provide shampoo, conditioner and showe CONS: 1. Pet deposit is $100. This is outrageous. I booked last minute and didn’t see $100 fee. Thought it was $50. I will never stay at a Residence Inn or Marriott property again if their non refundable pet deposit is $100 per stay, or per day. Www 2. room was dated, dark, depressing looking. Paint peeling off the bathroom door, some chips in tile, dark carpet and a hideous brown sofa that was low, cheap fabric with vinyl looking leather on back. Fluorescent lighting in kitchen. It looked tired, dingy and worn except for the bed. 3. Bare bones continental breakfast in a small room. given the cost of the room, they could do better. 4. Noisy room next to I-10. I was able to go to sleep but I was very tired. But it was loud enough to be disruptive for light sleepers. That is not Marriott’s fault. Just a reality for rooms adjacent to I-10. My daughter had the room across from me and could not hear the noise from the interstate but her toilet didn’t work properly. She made it work and reported it the next morning. The next time I am staying in Tallahassee, I won’t be staying at this Residence Inn. Deal breaker was pet deposit amount. I I

OMG first off the young man who checked me is was so nice and helpful. I have always enjoyed my stay at whatever Residence Inn I have ever stayed at. So this was no surprise. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean, and breakfast was great. I will be back.
