I stayed in the hotel for FAMU homecoming so my focus was cost and convenience. It was on a side of town I was familiar with and the price was good. Because of our priorities, the room met our needs. If you look closer, the hotel carpets get heavily perfumed almost to the point where you wonder what the perfume is covering up. Staff was very nice in every interaction. The weirdest thing of the hotel was that they have a regulation on towel use- essentially if you use towels beyond showering, you’d be charged for “extra cleaning”. Breakfast is hot eggs and a meat choice (we had two types of sausage across our 5 days) with a variety of breads. Don’t look too closely to the cleanliness of the room, the lamp shades or wall stains. Our tv screen had broken image lines but worked enough for us to ignore it. In general it served its purpose and was good enough. We’d come back next homecoming

The hotel gives infestation really is a motel. As soon as I walked in I wanted to turn around. Got into the room and my instinct I had down stairs at check in were right. Roaches in the bathroom, checked the sheets pissed stains on the mattress protector and sheets. I immediately asked for my money back and went elsewhere. The guy at the desk wanted to go check the room before refunding me as if I was lying i wasn't in the room for no more than 5 minutes. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE UNWANTED CRITTERS HOME!
