Okay stay

We were only booked for one night so our stay was very short. Staff was friendly and main areas of hotel look nice as well as the room, like the pictures online. But the hotel in all the main areas smelled obviously musty like mildew or mold is growing. Although our room did not smell that way. While getting ready for bed, in the bathroom a german roach crawled up the wall. So I grabbed some toilet paper to catch it and flushed it down the toilet. I didn't see any more of them in our room or bathroom. I wish I could stay here again based on what the hotel looked like in the pictures and because the staff was friendly and helpful. But, because of the musty mildew smell in all the main areas and the roach, I will not stay here again. I am concerned about the health of the staff who work there with the musty mildew/mold smell which will cause them health problems.

Terrible stay. Hallways are filled with dehumidifiers because of how damp, and moist this property is. Clear signs of previous flood/leakage. Mold on the ceiling of hotel room. The room was damp. Bathrooms are not clean. Would NOT recommend. Staff is nice though, they were kind enough to let me borrow an air purifier so I can pass the night. Property needs SERIOUS renovations to help with moisture/mold problems. That staff should not be working in this conditions.

The pictures online are better than the actual property. Our room was just ok, the beds were well made but the bathroom could have been cleaner and the floors …. Eeek. I never walk barefoot in hotels MY SOCKS WERE FILTHY FROM THE FLOOR. THe bed was comfortable and the place was conveniently located so I am giving it a 3. The staff… couldnt say good or bad because the lack of energy made it difficult to determine personality. Checked us in/ out end of story.

I stayed on 7/16 they had HVAC problems. As soon as you enter the building you can sense the ventilation issues. Nevertheless I gave them a try as I checked in late around 10pm. We changed room 3 times. The rooms are poorly kept. Dirty bathrooms, shoddy construction, 3rd floor AC system was not working. Ended up leaving early. Because I cannot expose my asthmatic child to faulty ventilation.
