We have stayed here in previous years and had a good experience.. it is a quaint, older hotel but it is maintained and has a nice pool and hot tub. The grounds are nice and clean.The full breakfast that is offered is also great. Downside is walls are paper thin so if you want to hear everything going on in next room you will hear it. We were on lower floor and could hear the guests above stomping around. I dont think it was intentional, just not much insulation/sound barrier. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they do accept pets for an additional fee. Its an older hotel and you have to understand that. Its decent, nothing fancy.

Marvelous retro motel style lodge in SW style. The room was spacious and beds comfy. The upper level shares a veranda with the others on the same level and lower rooms open to the yard. Each has a backdoor as well. The outdoor area has paths, trees, flowers, grills and games. Breakfast is a full SW breakfast, the best I've ever had! It was a lovely walk down memory lane. Staff were prompt to help with some minor issues.

The motel was very cute and clean. The only problem was the attitude of the desk clerk at check in. I was confused about the billing and asked for clarification on her terminology and she interpreted it as I was rude and scolded me in front of a lobby full of other guests. Very unprofessional and unpleasant check in, setting a bad tone for my evening. She needs more patience and empathy training, maybe her nose ring was uncomfortable and made her grumpy??

Since I tried to check in from desk receptionists (male) greeted me with arrogance and told me room type that I reserved do not allow pets. When I called the day I made the reservation to let them know and same person replied it’s ok this is a pet friendly hotel. In short I ended up with no room to stay and if I wanted to have my pets I had to paid special fee per pet. At the time to pay for extra fees all my credit cards were declined, I didn’t know how because I was using it during my trip. I offered to pay cash and he didn’t not accepted cash. I had an awful experience at this hotel property.
