Parking was easy, and the staff at the front desk were attentive, efficient and friendly. However, the hotel cleanliness left much to be desired, including party decorations, mostly small pieces of plastic or trash and even a meat bone(!), remained on the hallway carpets for several days after 12/21. I respectfully asked, twice, if the the hallway carpets be cleaned, to no avail.

Parking was easy although my room was at a side door that the key reader did not work. The maximum I could set my thermostat was 73 room was cold for me. Hot water was also an issue I had to use a shower in another room and day staff was very unhelpful. Walk in shower did not have a light. Exits were blocked with children and toys no consideration of guest. When I told the front desk person how awful my stay was an I'm sorry was offered. I stayed at that hotel in 2022 what a drastic change with the new owners.

The rooms were OK, just what one can expect from this type of hotel. The amenities were the problem: 1. No complimentary breakfast. 2. Not even free coffee for guests. 3. Only breakfast available a "Buffet" at $ 26.00 per adult and $ 18.00 per child. 4. The rooms have no microwave. 5. Rent movies at $ 31.00 each. 6. Parking on the front a very (very) long walk to the room. Altogether a pretentious hotel not worthy of the price.
